During Booking

When you book a tour, you will be asked to provide:

  • Your name – This is used only to identify you as the primary contact on the booking.
  • Names of the other guests in your party, which is optional and you may decline to provide. – We ask this to provide a more personalized experience.
  • Your email address – This is used only to contact you regarding your booking.
  • Your contact number – This is used only to contact you before or on the date of your tour regarding your tour.
  • Credit card details – Your credit card information is used to make payment. Your full credit card number, expiration and security code may be saved within our payment gateway, but will be encrypted and are not viewable by anyone. Why do we save your credit card details? We have a strict cancellation and no-show policy for all of our tours. If you do not show up for the tour or cancel less than 24 hours in advance, then we may charge a cancellation fee per person.   • Diet restrictions – If you are taking the Split tour, we will ask if anyone in your party has diet restrictions we should be aware of. We ask this so we may make arrangements for your meal that are in line with your allergies, if applicable.

During the Tour

During the tour, we may take photos of tour guests (with your verbal consent) to be used for marketing and promotional purposes only. If you wish to not have your photo taken, please tell your guide. If you provide consent verbally or by consenting to this Privacy Policy agreement at the time of booking, your photo along with your first name may be posted to promote our tours in the following locations:

Your photo will NEVER be used for any other purpose other than marketing our tours.

Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

  • To improve our tours;
  • To perform tour-related services; or
  • To assist us in analyzing our performance.

We want to inform our tour guests that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
